Who we are. Everhome Pet Guardians LLC (“we”) operates this site and the Membership.

• Account & purchase: name, email, phone, billing details (processed by our payment processor).

• Enrollment (optional): pet basics, service address, optional contacts, optional vet info.

• Technical: IP, device/browser, pages viewed.

Why we use it

• Manage accounts and Membership

• Process payments; send receipts/renewals

• Store enrollment info for potential post-trigger use

• Secure/improve the site; prevent fraud

• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing

• Processors only (hosting, analytics, payments). We don’t sell data.

• Lawful requests when required.

Security & retention

• Reasonable administrative/technical safeguards.

• Keep account/enrollment info while your account is active and for a reasonable period after for tax/audit and legitimate business needs, then delete or anonymize.

Your choices

• View/update info via support or account tools.

• Request deletion (subject to legal retention).
