These Terms govern your use of the website and purchasing a Membership from Everhome Pet Guardians LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing a Membership, you agree to these Terms.

1) Content & availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site.

2) No advice. Site content is general information, not legal, financial, or theological advice.

3) Your account. Keep credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

4) Purchases. Membership purchases are governed by the Membership Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Membership Agreement controls.

5) Prohibited uses. Don’t interfere with the site or use it unlawfully.

6) IP. Site/content are owned by Company or licensors; no copying/distribution without permission.

7) Third-party services. We use processors (e.g., payments, hosting); their terms apply to their services.

8) Disclaimers. Site is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9) Liability limit. To the fullest extent permitted, Company’s liability related to the site is limited to $100.

10) Governing law. Delaware law governs.

11) Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
